Training for NGO managers in Barcelona
From January 23rd to 29th, Butterfly Dreamer took part in the fourth meeting of the CooperActive Project in Barcelona, Spain, a training course for NGO managers.
CooperActive is a project founded inside KA2 of the Erasmus+ Programme: Cooperation for innovation and action: Capacity Building for Youth in the ACP countries, the exchange of best practices, Latin America and Asia
This training, which was developed through 7 days, has brought together 25 leaders of NGO and social companies. The training course was based on the methodology developed inside the project, using the Management Manual, and other materials that were developed inside the project.
The aim of the project is to maintain and build up the quality of non-formal education, giving it the value and the importance that this way of formation for Ngo managers has acquired in the latest years and that looks for the improvement and progress of its projects.
This project has the main purpose of increasing the quality of non-formal education for youth through a methodology based on the use of some specific activities, mainly focusing on promoting quality standards like: ISO 29990:2010 – Learning services for non-formal education and training.
